We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information about or related to you (“personal information”) and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

Basic rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection are contained in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” Art. 13).

ul. Logistycznej 4, 55 – 040 Kobierzyce, KRS 000057878783 (hereinafter referred to as: CRYO SCIENCE).

When using our website, we may ask you to provide the following personal data: name and surname; e-mail address; Phone number; region and country.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the implementation of some services provided by the website (e.g. handling inquiries sent from the contact form).

Below you will find the purposes for which we use your personal data as described by us, as well as the legal basis on which we use the information relating to you.
The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), b), c), f) GDPR, inter alia, in order to:

– sending commercial information by electronic means,
– making phone calls,
– conclusion of a contract,
– creation of a contract,

Purposes of personal data processing:

• sending you commercial and marketing information, examining opinions on the level of satisfaction – 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR,
• providing you with information about ordering a service or product / concluding a contract – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR,
• contacting you regarding the evaluation of a product or service or in order to obtain feedback after the creation of a contract or provision of a service – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR,
• informing you about changes in services and communication for other purposes – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR,
• sending you information about products and services – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR in connection with Recital 47 GDPR or Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR,
• review of your activity on our website in order to adapt the website to your needs – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR,
• assistance in the assessment, development and improvement of the offered products and services – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR,
• carrying out security checks to protect against fraudulent transactions and to prevent and detect crimes – legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR Legally legitimate interests,

Based on applicable law, we are entitled to store your personal data no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which we use it.
Expanding the above, we indicate that:

• scope of data processed on the basis of your consent – art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR – until its cancellation;
• in terms of data processed by the Administrator pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR – for the period necessary under the law;
• if personal data will be processed by us in order to pursue claims (including in court proceedings), we will be able to process them for this purpose for the period appropriate for the limitation of claims;
• personal data processed for the purpose of direct marketing of own products and services, i.e. on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest will be processed until an objection to such processing is raised;
• personal data processed for the legitimate purposes of the administrator will be processed until such purposes exist.
In accordance with applicable law, you have the following rights:
• The right to access your personal data and receive a copy thereof, and moreover
• to rectify your data,
• the right to delete data,
• the right to limit data processing,
• the right to object to data processing,
• the right to withdraw consent to data processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The IT system and the data collected and processed by us are protected against third party access and meet high security requirements both in technical (IT) and legal terms.

We work with IT experts who ensure constant security of personal data and adapt the IT system to the dynamically changing reality and threats. Developers supervise the ongoing implementation of appropriate procedures and the security of your data.

In order to ensure reliability and the highest quality of services, we use external IT solutions (hosting), offered by the best suppliers in Poland, ensuring compliance with applicable law, including those relating to the protection of personal data.

Entities with whom we cooperate in order to provide services provided by our company, e.g. payment services, logistics and transport, sending a newsletter, handling correspondence, handling promotions and competitions, etc., may access your personal data only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

Access to your personal data is possible only on the terms and in the cases provided for by applicable law.

In the event of a violation of the law by the user or when required by law, we may disclose your data to authorized bodies and persons, including judicial authorities.

For security reasons, the data about the website user’s IP address is saved in the server’s system logs. The IP address alone does not allow us to directly identify you.

In order to use the services provided on the website, a properly configured web browser is required.

We care about the privacy of website users, therefore each user of our application or website is obliged to comply with the prohibition on the abuse of electronic means of communication and to provide the following content by or to ICT systems:

a. which is unlawful,
b. which cause disruptions or overload of ICT systems used by CRYO SCIENCE or other entities directly or indirectly involved in the provision of services,
c. violating the interests of third parties, generally accepted social norms or inconsistent
with generally applicable laws.

If we detect irregularities or threats caused by people who do not comply with the laws and regulations in force in our service, we will work with the police, prosecutors Office and courts to help detect people who commit crimes.
