How CRYO Health LLC handles and processes your data, explained.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you or associated with you (“personal information”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

The administrator of personal data processed on the website available at www.cryosc.com is CRYO SCIENCE SP. z o.o. with its registered office in Bielany Wrocławskie, ul. Logistyczna 4, 55-040 Kobierzyce, KRS 000057878783 (hereinafter referred to as CRYO SCIENCE).

CRYO SCIENCE respects the privacy rights of its users and safeguards the protection of the personal data it administers in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, the so-called RODO. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)]. To this effect, it shall use appropriate technical and IT tools and organizational specialized procedures to collect personal data, store and carry out any other processing.

The following rules explain what personal information is collected and how we may use it.

1) When using our websites, we may ask you to provide us with the following personal information: name; surname; email address; telephone number; region and country.

2) Providing personal data is voluntary, but not providing such data may prevent the execution of certain services provided by the websites (e.g. handling of inquiries sent from the contact form).

3) Purposes of personal data processing:

a. Execution of a contract for the provision of services (including but not limited to the execution of orders, settlements, communication related to the provision of services, communication via contact form or e-mail address). The basis for processing is the necessity to perform the contract;

b. Telephone contact for purposes related to the service of the contract via the hotline – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the necessity of the processing to provide it (Article 6(1)(b) RODO);

c. Maintaining the user account in the system – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject.

d. Telephone contact in matters other than contract handling or provision of services. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1) (f) of the RODO), which involves the necessity to deal with a notified matter related to the business activity.

e. Handling of inquiries submitted via electronic contact forms, e.g. establishing contact and providing answers to inquiries – the legal basis for processing personal data is the consent of the data subject.

f. Direct marketing with the use of electronic communication means – the legal basis for personal data processing is the consent of the data subject.

g. Establishing and maintaining business relations – the legal basis for personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1) (f) RODO), which involves communication with business partners and creating a network of contacts in connection with the conducted business activity.

4) In the event of a contract being signed, your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, but due to obligations arising from other legal regulations, including accounting and tax regulations, for reasons of legal security, we will be able to process them until any claims are time-barred.

5) In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, the data are processed for a period enabling its implementation or to raise an effective objection to the data processing.

6) If your consent is the basis for the processing of personal data, we will process it until it is withdrawn, which you can do at any time.

7) You have the right to control your personal data processed by us, including the right to access your data, correct them, request their supplementation, update, rectification or deletion.

Once we have accepted the request to delete your personal data from the system, we will no longer process them. The exception is if there are: valid legally valid grounds for the processing of data which are considered by law to take precedence over the objection, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.

8) The information system and the data we collect and process are protected against access by third parties and meet high security requirements in terms of both technical (IT) and legal aspects.

9) We cooperate with IT experts who ensure constant security of personal data and adaptation of the IT system to the dynamically changing reality and threats. Programmers supervise the current implementation of appropriate procedures and the security of your data.

10) In order to ensure reliability and the highest quality of services, we use external IT solutions (hosting), offered by the best suppliers in Poland, who ensure compliance with applicable laws, including those concerning the protection of personal data.

11) Entities with which we cooperate in order to implement services provided by our company, e.g. payment service, logistics and transport, newsletter dispatch, correspondence service, promotion and contests service, etc. may gain access to your personal data only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

12) Your personal data may be accessible only on the basis of the principles and in the cases provided for by the applicable law.

In case of violation of the law by the user, or when it is required by law, we may disclose your data to authorized bodies and persons, including judicial authorities.

13) For security reasons, data about the IP address of the service user are stored in the server system logs. IP address alone does not allow us to directly identify the user.

14) In order to use the services provided on the website of the service, a correctly configured Internet browser is required.

15) We care about the privacy of service users, therefore, each user of our application or website is obliged to comply with the prohibition of abuse of electronic communication means and the provision by or to ICT systems of the following content:

a. which is of an unlawful nature,

b. which causes disruption or overloading of the information and communication systems used by CRYO SCIENCE or other entities directly or indirectly involved in the provision of services,

c. which violates the interests of third parties, generally accepted social standards or which is incompatible with generally applicable law.

16) In the event of detection of irregularities or threats caused by persons who do not abide by the law and regulations in force in our service, we will cooperate with the police, prosecutor’s office, and courts to help in the detection of persons committing criminal acts.

18) If you consider that the processing of your personal data by us violates the law, please inform us about it. You may also file a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

19) We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy.
